The California Hop Exchange is a grassroots effort to support California's re-emerging hop industry. Before Prohibition, California was a leading producer of high quality hops for local, regional and national breweries. Today a passionate and quickly growing coalition of farmers are bringing this local industry back to life. By bringing together farmers and brewers of all scales, the California Hop Exchange aims to foster a continuing dialogue to support the development of this resurgent industry.
