5.5% ABV / 1.051 OG / 30 IBU
Two companies that started together in the late 80’s have joined forces for this special offering for the upcoming Deschutes Street Pub on October 8, 2016. This collaboration between Rubicon and Deschutes is light bodied with wheat and biscuit malt, to allow Mosaic, Cascade and a new variety of hop (Haas-Barth Experimental 431) to shine through. Citrus aromas and a spicy, herbaceous flavor are accentuated by the use of local whole cone hops from United Hop Farms. Accustomed to being on the forefront of brewing trends, these two breweries have brought together a truly cutting edge brew, which is consistent with our brewing philosophies.
