Barwest will have a tap takeover from Modern Times, a 30bbl production brewery and tasting room from the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego. Modern Times focuses on "aroma-driven, complex, flavorful, sessionish beers," often brewing hybrid styles that combine the features they like from established categories to create new, "Island-Of-Doctor-Moreau-style" mash-ups.
