It’s that time of year......time to combine your love of beer, biking and gambling all for the kids!!! I'm cordially inviting you to join me for my 7th Annual Poker Run/Bike Pub Crawl on Saturday, April 11th. All proceeds from this event go to a new Sacramento Non-Profit Organization called NorCal Active (www.NorCalActive.org) …where we promote “Active, Healthy and Balanced Lifestyles” including sending underprivileged kids to camp.

Here is how it works:

Registration ($10 donation) will be collected at Pine Cove and/or Monkey Bar. Once registration closes at Pinecove; each participant will be dealt a single card at each bar, then we’ll move on to the next bar, shuffle the cards and deal a new card. Your “hand” will be tracked on your wrist band and on our master list. At the final bar, the “top hand” will win a new Beach Cruiser 

Here are the list of bars and the times we will be at each:

Pine Cove 12:00 – 12:45 (registration begins)
Limelight 1:00 – 1:45 (reg closes & 1st card)
Golden Bear 2:00 – 2:45 (2nd card)
Mercantile 3:00 – 3:45 (3rd card)
Streets of London 4:00 – 4:45 (4th card)
Pine Cove 5:00 – Close (winner awarded)

This will be my 7th Annual Poker Run and for those of you who have been you know that it can be both a good time and a train wreck!! I will do the best I can to make sure the bars are properly staffed this year but make no promises. So save the date, get your bikes ready and get prepared to send some kids for camp all while gambling, biking and boozing!! Oh and please…..invite your friends, they deserve to help the kids too!!!
