Come partake in this unique experience to celebrate Farm-to-Fork as it should be done. Dine in the Delta at Hood Hops Ranch where the hops were grown for our fresh-hopped beers. Dinner will include a pig that was fed on Track 7 grain prepared by chef Rob Rossi of Pangaea. Rare Track 7 beers will be served in addition to local wine from Revolution Wines and cider from Two Rivers Cider. Sip the pear cider that's made with Bartlett pears grown at the family farm as well. One ticket is $85 which includes everything: food, beer, wine and cider. There will be vegetarian options available upon request. If you are interested in attending the dinner, you can purchase a ticket at either Track 7 or Pangaea.
